"I used to have USAA, as I am a veteran, yet they charged me outrageous prices for very little coverage. Tony Weisshaar and his team gained my business because they offer more coverage for less, & I have the same coverages as I did with USAA, except I’m not being charged for stacked coverage with one car. My policy for renters had to be $500k for the complex and with USAA my personal @$3 kwas like almost $450 yearly. I now have personal with add ons coverage of $20k and I pay $13.47 month. I also use the beacon safe driving in my car the first 6 months I paid $80.79, but it has dropped to like $70.58. I love this! I loved how friendly the staff is, Incan email or call and they gonna comment they are at lunch or are busy sometimes the same day. This is how insurance should run. Hands down the best office in Des Moines. I will say they cover them entire state because I was living in Davenport, Iowa when I obtained my coverage. "The worst experience ever with an insurance company.... mind you the good neighbor... Which is absolutely not true we were hit by another State farm customer... mind you it was a hit and run...t has been nothing but a hassle.... Rental car for 3 days over July 4th weekend which there was no cars to rent Trump was here... So we did our part found a car with the minimal 3 days... Was promised to check Thursday after they sent the paperwork in well guess what they lost the paperwork how is that our fault... It's safe to say that they've lost all of our business all of our policies think twice before you call them a good neighbor"
